CG2-11S big hand pipe gas cutter is a chain-type beveling machine. It contains a main strength alloy aluminum body, 1pcs cutting torch assembly, 1 set of 75pcs 2.2m chains and 3pcs propane(G03) or acetylene(G02) cutting tips. The cutting speed of this hand pipe beveling machine is working by hand, and the bevel angle is I.Y.V45°. The chain belt can add or reduce according to the real diameter of the pipe. This CG2-11S portable chain type beveling machine is applicable for the seamless steel tube cutting and bevel cutting for industries.
This pipe gas cutter adopts worm wheel and worm as driving system, with chains to be fixed on the tube and four wheels for driving. What’s more, it uses cutting torch with gear and rack, which make cutter movable across, up and down. Oxygen-acetylene flame for cutting (or Oxygen-Propane flame), alloy-aluminum casting for machine body, light, fastness, erode-resistant, no electricity needed. It’s specially suitable for outdoors work, other places without power supply, an indispensable equipment for pipe construction as well as large OD pipe.
