CG2-11D semi-automatic pipe cutting machine is a portable oxy-fuel cutting machine. It is supplied with a main aluminum body, 1pcs cutting torch assembly, 1pcs control box, 1 set of 75pcs 2.2m chains and 3pcs propane or acetylene cutting tips. It is driven by motor with shift gear. Adapted Oxygen-Ethyne flame or Oxygen-propane flame, it is suitable for various specs of seamless steel tube cutting, and beveling provided the tube diameter is 150-600mm. The cutting and groove can be finished at the same time.
The advantages of this pipe cutting machine, high efficient, high precision, less labour work and stability when do tube cutting. The chain belt is used for lock of pipe and cutter, it can be added or reduced according to the real diameter of pipe. It is very flexible and convenient for working, because customers can adjust the chain length freely. This portable pipe gas cutter is well applied to oil and chemical engineering project.
