Please check compatibility before purchasing, because the outlets and voltage differ internationally and it may require an adapter or converter for use in your destination when inflating. The oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder are empty per DOT regulations when delivery. This mini gas welding & cutting outfits is similar design as victor cutting torch kit, it has two designs, one is the wheels, the other is without wheels. You can select the wanted one before placing the order. Also prices are different for these two designs. For packing, can be packed with color box or export blank box.
