Description
CG2-11 oscillator welding machine is a portable oxy-fuel flame cutting and mig welding machine. It is supplied with a main aluminum alloy body, 1pcs cutting torch assembly, 1pcs control box and 3pcs propane or acetylene cutting tips, together with one oscillator. It adopts permanent magnet wheels to crawl on the tube and go round to do automatic cutting and welding. Due to the adsorption affinity of the magnetic wheels, this gas welding cutting machine can work in free direction, such like flat, stand, across and face-up. The bevel angle of cutting is I.Y.V45° and the cutting speed can be adjusted through silicon-controlled DC motor system.
This pipe oscillator welding machine is well used for tube cutting and welding, convenient in operations and higher efficient. The maximum speed of Oscillator is 3000mm/min and the swing angle is ±15°. The Oscillator is also suitable for CG1-30 gas cutting machine and the swing distance is 30mm. Before working, press“WEAVE TEST” button to test the oscillator. After testing ,press “WEAVE TEST” button again to turn off this testing function. Then press“ START STOP”and“ WELD” buttons to do welding job. If press “ WELD” button and hold for more than 3S,the welding torch will do wire feeding welding job, but the machines will not move.（This function is only used for ARC welding testing.）
