Description
Unique portable battery spot welder is a resistance pulse welding machine. The working current should be adjusted to 35A before power on. If need a large current, please press “+” to increase the power and get the wanted current. The top of the machine needs to left 4-5 screw threads to ensure sufficient pressure for spot welding work. The distance between the welding needle and the lithium battery should be 3-5 mm or so, which is almost enough for a wrench to put in. The working pressure should be touch 0.3-0.5pa. The height of the workbench can be adjusted if the height is not suitable for working. There are two welding needles, do double pulse spot welding to ensure weld firmly.
