Functions of Gas Cutting Machine
1. Straight Line Cutting
Use a spare rail in most cases.The guide rail should be parallel to the pre-drawn cutting line, and about 80 to 100 mm away from the line.Adjust the two driving wheels of the machine so that they fall into the grooves on both sides of the guide rail, and the universal wheel also falls into the grooves on both sides of the guide rail and lock the positioning butterfly screw.
Put the cutting torch on the cutting starting point, ignite and adjust the flame, thoroughly preheat the starting point and turn on the cutting oxygen control valve and power switch, according to the cutting state with speed control knob to adjust the cutting speed.
The cutting oxygen valve should be fully turned in advance.When the gas pressure of cutting a thin plate is too high, the valve can be used to reduce the pressure, thus making the cutting operation easier.
The cutting length can be lengthened freely by using extended guide rail.If there are large clods or splashes and other debris on the guide rail, the device will appear strong vibration when running to this point, and cause damage to the cutting surface.Therefore, be sure to ensure that there are no obstacles on the guide rail, such as clods.Also, be careful not to let the hose hang on the edge of the steel plate.

1. Cutting nozzle specifications and appropriate air pressure should be selected in accordance with the cutting data, and then adjust the slightly weaker flame.
2. Loosen the bolt screw inside the upper and lower moving assembly, tilt the cutting tip slightly forward, and then start the cutting operation.When cutting, cutting oxygen pressure is too high or too preheated, will lead to incomplete steel separation or slag at the bottom of the cut.
Groove Cutting
When groove cutting, according to the scale plate on the cutting torch holder (with 5 。 as the basic unit), the cutting torch is positioned at the required Angle.When selecting the cutting nozzle for the groove cutting, the thickness of the steel plate shall be the length L shown in the figure.To compensate for excessive heat loss due to groove cutting, a cutting tip of a higher grade than shown in the cutting data sheet shall be used.A slightly oxidized flame increases cutting efficiency and reduces speed Settings by 20 to 30 percent.Insufficient preheating will result in cutting surface quality as shown in the figure. The cutting nozzle should be re-selected to adjust the
preheating and cutting speed.
2. Circular Cutting
1. Install the circular cutting radius rod (1) in the holes on both sides of the front end of the machine shell and lock it with M10 nut.
2. Install the radius gauge (2) on the circular cutting radius rod (1), adjust it to the appropriate position and lock it with the positioning butterfly screw and position it in the middle of the punching mark on the steel plate, adjust the positioning screw to make one side of the drive wheel hanging on the steel plate about 1 ~ 2 mm (3/64 ~ 5/64), and then firmly tighten the locking nut.
3. Loosen the positioning butterfly screws on both sides of the universal wheel, so that the universal wheel can rotate flexibly.
4. Vertically install the cutting torch and place the cutting nozzle on the marked line. Release the clutch and push the device to walk around the central positioning screw to check whether the machine can walk on the required cutting track.
5. When cutting the arc, attention should be paid to the winding between the leather pipe and wire, so as not to bring trouble to the cutting, otherwise it will affect the track of the machine walking, so as to achieve the quality required for cutting.
Note: Whether cutting large or small arc cutting, it is necessary to first make a positioning center hole of 60 degrees slightly deeper in the center of the arc cut on the steel plate surface.
